Trapeze Yoga Teaching
Our trapeze yoga teaching sessions are designed to help individuals build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through unique aerial movements. These sessions provide a space for individuals to explore their physical and mental boundaries, promoting overall well-being and self-discovery.
Meditation and Breathwork Classes
Join our meditation classes to cultivate a sense of inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness. Our classes are tailored to guide individuals through mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and visualization exercises to promote mental clarity and emotional balance.
1:1 Sessions
Our coaching sessions aim to provide individuals with a supportive environment to address emotional challenges, gain insights, and develop coping strategies. We utilize a client-centered approach to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve mental and emotional well-being.
Workshops
Our variety of workshops incorporates many modalities and can be tailored to individuals or specific groups. We utilize spatial activation, somatic and narrative tools, embodiment through play (trapeze yoga, couples yoga, breathwork), reflection, and ritual.
